Shipping policy

ORDER DELIVERY

We deliver orders across India through our authorized logistics and delivery partners via road, air, or other suitable transportation methods. Currently, shipping is restricted to locations within India only.

TIME TAKEN FOR DELIVERY

Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days after dispatch in major metro cities, including New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and other major urban centers.

For other cities and towns, deliveries are generally completed within 6–7 business days after dispatch.

Deliveries to remote or geographically challenging locations may take 7 business days or longer, depending on courier accessibility and local conditions.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your shipment details and a tracking link.

DELIVERY DISPUTES

If the shipment tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not physically received the package, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately.

Our team will investigate the matter with the courier partner and respond within 24–48 business hours.

All delivery-related disputes should ideally be reported within 48 hours of the delivery status being marked as "Delivered" to ensure timely resolution.
